Basic Info

Renter must be 21+ w/valid driver's license

Credit card or cash for $1,500 deposit per machine

Credit card holder must be present

Must be 18+ w/valid driver's license to drive

Customer may bring own full-faced DOT helmets

Goggles are required and available for rent or purchase

Helmets must be worn AT ALL TIMES and are available for rent

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accommodated by a legal guardian over the age of 25.

Damage Protection Insurance

All rentals REQUIRE the purchase of Damage Protection through MBA Insurance ($15 per day)
This damage protection limits your responsibility if damages occur.
(Damage Protection and Security Deposit requirements are per UTV rental.)

Damage Protection means the renter is responsible for a maximum of $1,500 if damage occurs to the rented UTV.

**The security deposit will be held on a debit or credit card. No checks.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. In the event of a cancellation, a fee of $100 will be charged. This fee covers administrative cost of potential loss of revenue due to a cancellation. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
